You have been infected with HSV-1 so the virus is latent in your body which occasionally causes cold sore. HSV-1 also causes genital herpes. It does not matter what way of your contact, you have been infected with HSV-1 and if you have never had HSV-1 related genital herpes then you likely won't have it after this sexual scenario.
