A member asked:

Is a negative rpr test 17 weeks post possible exposure and at the onset of a possible secondary syphillis rash 100% reliable? especially if the person you had the possible exposure with also tested negative with an rpr at 8 weeks after the encounter?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

The data you provided virtually excludes syphilis. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health! Safe sex: https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/safer-sex-guidelines
