If my husband has hpv warts and im vaccinated will we always keep passing it back and forth to each other? do you become immune to the same strain and eventually clear it? can we be a healthy couple with this virus?

There are several strains of HPV that cause genital warts. In those with a mature immune system they generally clear within 2 years but in some they recur, or new could represent a new strain. A loyal pair would not pass it back & forth like a strep throat. Once someone has cleared the virus or seems never to have had it, their immune system would suppress recurrences.
