Some basics: The cervarix vaccine contains material that only helps against 2 high risk strains (out of 7 or more), not the genital wart strains. The strains eventually clear after 2 +/- yrs & are most contagious during that 2 yrs. After clearing they rarely return and do not pass back & forth like a strep throat. You can benefit from the newer Gardasil 9 vaccine that covers 5 other high risk strains.

New infection with the same HPV types is rare, if it occurs at all. If a future partner is vaccinated with Gardasil 9, he probably will be protected from the HPV types you have. However, by then you probably will no longer have active infection.

Unlikely: With a large proportion of s. Pneumonii (most common bacteria causing middle ear infection) becoming resistant to penicillin, the mainstay of antibiotics treatment for "ear infection" is currently a high dose of amoxicillin.

You have sciatica.: Sorry you are suffering from this...There are several common causes of sciatica including irritation of the spinal nerves from a herniated disk. If your pain does not get better, if numbness affects the crotch, or if you have bowel or bladder difficulty then you need a surgical evaluation, otherwise your primary care provider can take care of getting the sciatica to cool down.

Possible: It is possible to feel sinus pressure after having an upper wisdom tooth removed, but it doesn't usually feel that way. Contact your oral surgeon or dentist to make sure that you don't have an infection, or a sinus communication. Follow up today.

Check-up: How high is fever? What colors is drainage from nose? There could be many causes. Illness in children is most likely a virus and symptomatic control is usually all that is needed. I would advise you to a make an appointment with his pediatrician if you are concerned.

Around my aunt eye there is some swelling , some pain , itchy. The pain level is a 5 on a scale 1-10 . Should we be concerned ?

See an eye doctor: Swelling and pain around the eye may be caused by an infection. If left untreated, it can potentially get into the eye socket and even the brain. Your aunt should be evaluated by an eye doctor immediately.
