This never happens, or so rarely you can ignore it. People are immune to new infections with the HPV type they already have.

If you have genital warts- the virus is present in the area and warts can occur in the region depending on the type of virus and the body's immunity. It is not 'reinfection'. Pl see a Urologist for treatment.
