Ayear back and my pap smear report same back as lsil. this year, the repeat pap came back as negative for nilm but inflammatory smear. is the only cause for lsil hpv? could it be cause by inflammation or pcos too? should i be worried ab high risk hpv?

HPV is the only known cause of LSIL, but usually with low risk types of the virus. Inflammatory changes on Pap sometime are due to other infections (e.g. gonorrhea or chlamydia), but in most cases no cause can be found; PCOS is not a likely cause. With or without inflammatory changes, LSIL usually clears up on its own -- so your situation is normal and expected. No worries about high risk HPV.
