My testicle got injured yesterday from a hit. the severe pain is gone after ~8 min, but since then i feel an occasionly appearing mild stabbing pain. i feel a crampy pain during ejaculation. my testicle isn't swelling and isn't painful to touch?

You got a cotusion to the area and it should resolve in a few days. Maybe wait a few days for sex and ejaculation.
