So i'm having some vaginal problems like my bag sometimes tingles, feels full all the time, when i move i feel pressure down there its tender, i've been tested for stds everything was good it itches at times and i have sharp pains too?

You have tested but have you been examined by a Gyn. If the exam was normal then there are chances there is nothing organically wrong. These seem to be episodic symptoms and should gradually go away. If not get examined again ( not tests). Good luck
