Fishy odor on vagina & itches and a bump on lip area it comes & goes been tested for std came out negative haven't had sex in year what can it be hsv2?

Sounds like it : A recurrant lesion in the same place ,most likely herpes.the fishy odor is typical of gardnerella or bacterial vaginitis.You shod see your gyn.

Please bring this up with your Gynecologist who knows your medical history and can give you a through exam. If you don't have confidence in your Doctor see another for a second opinion.
