Ciao i had oral sex with a sex worker in milan(italy). only oral(penis to her mouth). i had no cuts or ulcer in my penis but i dont know her status if she is hiv+ or no. when i ask her she said no(like always). please am i in danger? what should i do?

I think you asked this question before. Oral sex is less likely transmitting HIV. By studies, zero to 4 transmissions in 10,000 sex acts with HIV+ sex worker. If you are afraid of the exposure, have a 4th generation HIV test done, after 4 weeks of the contact, so you can get rid of the concern.

This act should not have you get HIV. But any sex act with an unknown person is fraught with possibilities of STD. Next time pl take precaution. If worried then get tested
