Entirely risk free. There is no STI risk without direct genital-genital, genital-anal, or genital-oral contact. Even these are low risk if there is no penetration. Something other than STI is causing your symptoms.

Not a sexually transmitted disease, but rather a respiratory/ airborne type appears more likely. Transmission might have happened during described encounter or any other circumstance in which you have been exposed to contaminated droplets.
