Almost certainly there was no risk of any infection from use of the sex toy, and almost certainly you can rely on the MRI results and the opinion of the ER clinician. But if your husband's "bulge" and pain persist, he should check with his doctor. Almost certainly this has nothing to do with the sex toy.

Depends if the mold entered the urethra. If he has no urinary symptoms then he did not get an infection. Bulge and pain in the groin need a good exam. I dont know why an MRI, Ct and Ultrasound were needed
