Not feasible to be precise in absence of direct exam, but some of the described symptoms are suggestive of sciatica, and this raises question of a left sided nerve compression. Other potentials include sacroiliac and hip issues. Contact your doctor and start therapy. Most of this issues respond to physical therapy.

Your symptoms could be due to piriformis syndrome rather than sciatica if pain does not radiate down to the posterior aspect of the calf and ankle. You should see an orthopedist for a thorough assessment. Several maneuvers help to differentiate the two, one due to compression of the sciatic nerve at the LS spines and the other at the buttock level. MRI of the LS spines and hip will be needed.
