A 26-year-old female asked:
Is it normal for ovarian cyst to cause extreme pain in the right lower side, lower back and down the right leg to where it hurts to move such as bend, walk, or even sit and hurt?

An ovarian cyst which can grow w/o rupture can cause symptoms such as described. An appendix swollen by inflammation can also have similar symptoms, so see your gyn provider for an exam and further testing with appropriate referral to a surgeon if the cyst is not determined to cause the pain/discomfort.
