Back pain is not a typical symptom of testicular cancer but it is one of the most common symptom for all adults. Testicle size is not equal, the right one is usually bigger than the left. You should only pay attention if you feel a lump in one testicle which is different from the other. If you feel that and it persists, you can see your primary doctor then.
