Definitely not. Mild testicular pain that is not persistent is normal. Masturbation is also healthy and normal. If you experience ongoing pain or persistent pain, or redness or swelling, you should definitely see your primary physician for an examination.

Excessive masturbation does not cause testicular cancer. Any pain that persists should be attended to.

Testicular cancer is unrelated to masturbation frequency. However benign causes of intermittent testicular pain include varicocele, hydrocele and spermatocele. Please get checked up (a physical exam) if this continues.
