A member asked:

I noticed a small bump on one testicle, about the size of a pinhead, or smaller. just appeared recently. could this be start of testicular cancer?

Very small: If this has appeared recently, it does need to be checked. Minute irregularities on the surface are very common and are ordinarily not concerning. Especially if it continues to enlarge, have your physician see it.

Could be: Any new abnormalty shouldn be checked nout by a physician. See a doctor and possibly have a ultrasound, do not wait. You are in the right age when testicular cancer is prevalent still/.
