I had unprotected oral sex exposure. tested syphilis negative at 3, 5 & 6 weeks later. but i took doxycycline on week 3 for 5 days. is the syphilis negative result conclusive or the antibiotics could have made it false negative?

I was on oral doxycycline & azithro prior to a negative gonorrhea/chlaymidia urine test. I also tested negative for oral gonorrhea with oral swab. Could the prior antibiotics result in a false negative urine and swab results?
Can the intake of doxycycline for 7 days (for something else) affect a syphilis test i.e. make it false negative?
