Only got one testicle i had the other removed when 12 as it was torsion and what did they do to the other parts of the testicle like the tubes and im asking because i have realised i don't know whats actually there at all?

The collection of vas, veins and artery called the spermatic cord remains in the upper part of the scrotum and there is nothing to worry about. But please wear a protective cup if you play contact sports.
