Today the cords of one testicle bulked up below the testicle , they were kind of squishy , after i examined them and touched them , they went away on their own , i did not experience any pain ,im going through puberty is it torsion? very scare?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described does not suggest torsion. It would be prudent to see a doctor if you get more than mild pain. Wish you good health!

Torsion is when you have severe persistent pain and is an acute emergency necessitating going to the emergency room immediately.. you did not have that. wear a supprt underwear and you should be fine.
