Testicular Lumps: Given your age you must be seen to have this lump examined. Testicular cancer strikes males ages 26 to 33. One cannot just dismiss this symptom for someone your age. If it is in the tubing it very well may just be a scar. But, until the ultra sound we cannot be sure.

See your MD: You need to see your doctor or a urologist for a physical exam and possible testicular ultrasound. What you are describing sounds like a spermatocele and these are benign, but you need to see a doctor to make sure. Testicular cancer is the most common solid cancer in your age group, although it is rare and very treatable.
