A firm bump at the very bottom peak of my right testicle, slightly smaller than a pea, close to what feels like a fleshy tube. if i massage it, it goes away. it only appeared after long abstinence. i have no other symptoms to report?

Safe, not malignant: Likely a minor tubular abnormality of tail of epididymis. Similar to an epididymal cyst only it empties when "massaged". Tumors of the testis and/or scrotal contents are hard and do not go away when massaged.
