I woke up today at 6am as i have woke up with right hip dull ache its really painful and i don't have a appetite and i also have the feeling that i need to have a bowel movement but can't also my testicle are sore and it hurts to walk what to do?

Rest. Use a heating padto hip and testicle and take some acetaminophen. If not better in 24 hrs see your MD. Good luck.
