I think i have pinched a nerve in my hip i woke up this morning and my right hip was aching really bad the pain is so bad i've lost my appetite and my mood is very bad also my testicle are really sore and i woke up at 6am with this pain?

I assume there has been no injury. Painful hip disorders can have pain radiating to the groin. However in this case the testicle would not be swollen or tender. If it is consult your MD.or a urologist. If it's a primary hip issue see your MD or an orthopedic specialist. In the meantime taking an anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen or naproxen should relieve some of your pain.

There is no nerve to get pinched by the hip. You should get examined by your MD for proper diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime use local heat and Ibuprofen. Good luck.
