I have a problem where occasionally my right hip is in a lot of pain its a very uncomfortable ache its always in the same spot and its inconsistent when it starts but its always in the morning when i get up? also my testicle always hurt with it?

The pain caused by hip arthritis is often felt in the groin. Most types of hip bursitis causes pain in the hip only, but certain types of hip bursitis can cause groin pain. Since your discomfort is significant, I recommend consulting an orthopedic specialist for evaluation and advice. Any appropriate testing will be ordered

For a few days use Ibuprofen. If it does not go away then you have to be examined by your MD. Hope you feel better
