I had blood after i had pooped on the toilet paper i was bleeding from my vagina at the time and no blood in stool itself so was it blood from my vagina or was it an anal fissure after pooping i do have tailbone pain but ut feels like it is bruised?

Anal fissure is usually painful. To differentiate place a tampon in the vagina. If still blood in stool then it is from anus or rectum. If not check tampon to give you answer

Time will tell. It could be from both sources aside from purely vaginal or rectal. Once your vaginal bleed stops you should not be seeing any more blood, otherwise it becomes likely that you have rectal bleeding.
