Can lower back pain be associated the reason i get a random pinch type feeling in my urethra? std tests negative ua normal the feeling can go away for days at a time and come back. dr said std wouldn't come and go?

No lower back pain will not give you that sensation. Your MD is correct STD does not come and go. Besides you have tested neg. If you pee with a good stream and flow it is nothing serious. Drink a fair amount of water and avoid very spicy food and see if this makes you better. Good luck
