If you haven't been examined by a urologist, consult one. I feel that herpes outbreaks would have very noticeable eruptions and are intermittent rather than constant. Your urethral findings don't appear striking.

Greetings! I have a couple spots in side my meatus opening that seem to fluctuate in size I'm worried it's hsv or hpv but if it was std related would it be small one day and bigger the next or would it stay consistent urine pcr negative?
I've been having a pinch in urethra that comes and goes all sti std negative. My meatus urethra (internal) opening has some red patches. Also a clear looking color liquid. Does that sound like a normal urethra or maybe a infection , isPinch related?
