I have this pressure on my anus and get cramps and for a couple months its hurt to poop and i usually bleed. is it because im not drinking enough water? or constipation or internal hemorrhoid, because everything outside looks normal?

It could be hemorrhoids. Avoid constipation, Use Sitz baths and have a gastroenterologist or surgeon check you.
