Consider surgery: With time these may become larger and then begin to bleed. You can see a colorectal surgeon or gatroenterologist to see if they would consider banding them.

Change diet: Your stool is likely very hard. You need to make it softer. To drink more water is good, you also need to decrease proportion of fried food in your diet. You may consider to take stool softeners. Some medications/drugs affect gut motility.You did not mention if you take medications; if you do then medications has to be reviewed by your doctor. Go and see him.
