My penis has been numb for a long time and i cant find a reason why. my testosterone levels are normal, i have no stds or pain, and i have no problem getting an erection. i think it may be a pinched nerve but i dont know what the cause could by?

This should be evaluated by a neurologist, to make sure it's not a sign of neuropathy that could be a sign of systemic disease -- especially if you have any other areas with numbness or tingling. Are you diabetic or at risk (like family history or obesity)? Heavy alcohol use?
