Libido declines with testosterone deficiency (your testosterone level is normal), stress, relationship issues, depression, and systemic illness. Other endocrine abnormalities associated with low libido in men include hyperprolactinemia, low estradiol, and both hypo- and hyperthyroidism. I do not think low testosterone causes penile numbness which could be a neurologic issue.

sex drive depends on a lot of things. Low testosterone does not cause numbness of penis. If you normal erections you are OK. Be optimistic develop good friendships and hopefully you would find a partner and the drive will normalize. Good luck
