There are some: non-infectious causes of painful urination and and discharge, but those symptoms are highly suggestive of infection. The tests could have come back as false negatives. Or, your doctor tested for more common infections and you need additional tests to check for others. Whether infection or not, you definitely need to follow-up with your doctor.
