Definitely continue the antibiotic to complete the full amount prescribed. Check with the doctor or clinic if your symptoms continue or you remain uncertain. Good luck.

Many times pain in the upper epidydimal area is misdiagnosed as epididymitis. It is often caused by an epidydimal cyst. Since you have started the antibiotic finish the course. But use a good scrotal support underwear. The discomfort is when the area rubs against the thigh or garments. When that happens gently reposition your testicle and the pain will disappear.
