Groin pain: A pulled or strain of a muscle, hip bursitis, tendonitis, tender lymph nodes, hernias are a few of the more common causes. Pain can radiate from the legs as well. One thing to rule out is kidney stones which cause referred pain to the groin area. Time to see the doctor in person. http://www.webmd.com/pain-management/tc/groin-problems-and-injuries-topic-overview
