I think i have balantis. my penis smells bad even after i wash thoroughly. i got a brown stain on the head, its also a bit bumpy, looks like its about to crack and its always red. im also uncircumcised.are there any remedies i can use to cure it?

Wash with antibiotic soap, ie CLN.
Then apply gently but completely Polysporin ointment, not Neosporin, twice daily.

The best option is to see a urologist to permanently fix this with a circumcision.
For now be sure that when you wash you fully retract the foreskin and then pull it all the way forward. If it is tight do not force it.
