It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Allow your gynecologist to deal with hormonal and period issues, but in view of your chronic stress, I recommend that you get stress management therapy. Discuss this with your physician who can refer you to the appropriate mental health professional

of ovulation, is most likely the reason, delayed or absent ovulation will cause you to be late. Pregnancy sounds very unlikely. See your doctor for testing and treatment, to correct ovulation issues. This could be from PCOS, thyroid isssues, or hormone medications.
