Unprotected genito-sexual sex/penis-into-the vagina sex with a fertile man is an unsafe behavior that places you at risk for getting an unplanned pregnancy despite your history of PCOS and/or irregular menses. Be safe. If you need effective contraceptives, consider an intrauterine device (IUD) or a subdermal implant...and ask your partner(s) to use condoms too.
