I have pcos. my last period was on 23rd of august 2022. i have missed period and i am experiencing heavy bowel feeling without diarhea and also i have light spotting while urinating after having sexual intercourse with my partner. is it pregnancy?

Bleeding with a confirmed diagnosis of PCOS is usually not post-ovulatory. Post-coital bleeding ("spotting") may occur because of cervical inflammation, so see your GYN physician for an exam and possible treatment.
