Could my neck lump be a sign of cancer? i have a pretty big lump that is visible on my left side especially if i turn my head. i am 21 years old cur

Benign nodule : Common surface nodules on the neck include cysts and lipomas. They may grow larger or be painful. However there are some nodules that may be cancerous. See a dermatologist for an evaluation.

What about the lump?: If it is VERY large, more than a good inch across, rock hard, and / or stuck to nearby structures, get it seen. Otherwise, it's probably a lymph node and your friend.
