Good evening doctor i've been past water from my vagina for 2 days now after i had intercourse also occurs with period like cramps the water is enough to soak my underwear may i what cause this in non pregnant woman please respond?

You can observe for now, see a doctor if discharge changes color and/or odor or you start having other symptoms such as itching, burning or dysuria. Risk of STD is still a possibility at this point if you do not practice safe sex.
