gradually move your foreskin over the glans using a neutral lubricant like baby oil or KY jelly and back to the shaft several times, always leaving it covering the head. After a few weeks your foreskin should be pliable enough to move even during erections. Failing this you will need a circumcision. But try it - good chances of it working
