I have lichen sclerosis. ive had a severe uti and now yeast infection from the keflex x 4 days. keflex was resistant to the bacteria in the culture. was put on nitrofuration and fluconazole. labia is still swollen and its still burning urina?

Give it some time for the medications have full effect. You probably used steroids lotion for lichen lesions on your labia in the past so it is susceptible to candidiasis. I hope you feel better in the next 2 days.
