Diagnosed with hsv2 from igm test after i thought i had a cluster of pimples on my pubic area. months later have 1 pimple but purple swollen and painful on the other side of pubic area. is this herpes too? pimple is not out but inside-no head?

Herpetic lesion is usually presented as a cluster of blisters , less likely as a swollen, painful pimple. You might just have a simple skin infection.

Probably you don't have HSV2. The IgM herpes blood test is useless. Only the IgG test is hepful in diagnosing HSV. And your symptoms don't sound much like herpes anyway. Herpes doesn't usually cause pimples in the pubic area. Find a doctor who knows about HSV, such as an infectious diseases or infectious diseases specialist. In the meantime, probably no worries about HSv2.
