Unclear on the ?: dermatologic conditions hard to discuss w/out seeing them. not sure of what information you would want nor "large" etc. 1) the area is not unique except there is more abrasion and moisture than other spots so a bit more susceptible to skin infections. 2) can't think of any std it could be EXCEPT normal skin germs which are often transmitted with skin contact. 3) may need professional drained.
