Up to 40% the disease is self limited. It can recur as warts (skin, genital organ, anal area) or it can cause different types of mucocutaneous cancer. There is no treatment to get rid of the virus, only vaccination can prevent the infection.

You keep asking the same question, I suppose because you want a different answer. The process by which this happens has been explained. This is how this family of viruses can behave. It is a fact verified by decades of study. The facts will not change no matter how often you ask.

Allow me to add this. Your immune system can suppress an HPV infection but cannot rid your body of it. In some cases the persistent presence of the HPV virus can result in changes to proximal healthy cells and result in malignant changes which activates another immune response. A plant based diet can improve your chances and along with good medical care can ensure a long life. Good luck!
