I cannot imagine how the hair would get up the penis. Body fluids is what infects so if it got into penis and virus enters blood steam and you are not immune you got it. Use protection. ALWAYS. It is a matter of life and death. But hiv can be treated for the rest of your life to protect you and those you exchange bodily fluids.
