Many men with only one testicle are able to father children. The remaining testicle has increased sperm production in this situation. If you are very worried about damage to your remaining testicle, and this is a likely occurrence, not just a "what if" you may opt to wear an athletic cup to provide protection.

your chances are very good. To protect your testicle wear a protector worn by most athletes who play contact sports. You should be fine.
