Would an ultrasound of the testicle show if theres any torsion? I had one done about a few weeks ago and been taking anti-inflammatories for a few weeks now but pain and swelling is still happening. Said I might have prostasis

I had testicle torsion and is it normal that I wasn't that painful before the ultrasound doc said I would be in so much pain id be vomiting it still hurt alot but not that much is this normal or have I got some thing wrong with my nerves?
