Occasionally one of my testicles twists and i have to adjust it. have had an ultrasound and told testicles are fine but worry one day it will torsion.

Precaution is good: If you think may twist see an urologist for better evaluation , if you are right , will fix it on both sides by simple procedure then no need to worry .
