Is there any recorded cases of someone being ebv positive igg, herpes pos, hair leukoplakia, oral thrust, white tongue and body and muscles aches and pain and still test negative for hiv after say 6 months or 1 year. is this even possible?

Not HIV: This is not only possible: it is certain: you don't have HIV. The HIV blood tests are among the most accurate tests that exist for any medical condition. Your results prove you don't have it. The other tests commonly are positive in absence of HIV and so are your symptoms. See a doctor if they continue or if you remain concerned. But you can stop worrying about HIV; try not to worry about it.
